As a Functional Consultant, you will collaborate closely with both Business and IT stakeholders to implement, support, and enhance existing OFSAA solutions. Your responsibilities include leading the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Design Documents across various modules.

You will translate complex business requirements into actionable system logic, develop comprehensive test cases, and meticulously perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across all implemented modules on the platform is paramount.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in Finance or MIS Reporting within the Banking or Upper Layer NBFC sector. A Chartered Accountant (CA) or an Engineering/MBA (Finance) background, particularly with experience in a bank's FP&A department, is highly advantageous.

Essential qualifications include in-depth knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing and Cost Allocation, along with expertise in management reporting. Familiarity with OFSAA implementation or management reporting processes is preferred. Strong working knowledge of SQL and proven data analysis skills are required, complemented by excellent communication and documentation abilities.
