Join our dynamic team as a Consultant specializing in OFSAA ERM. This role involves driving functional excellence and supporting innovation within enterprise technology, particularly in the financial services sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Oracle AFCS and banking products, engaging with complex regulatory frameworks and contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include analyzing RBI RBS guidelines and translating them into functional specifications. You will perform detailed data mapping across various banking systems and build data lineage documentation. The role also involves configuring regulatory templates, defining calculation logic for risk metrics, and supporting the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.

Furthermore, you will define and implement data validation and reconciliation frameworks, identify and resolve data quality issues, and design/execute UAT test cases. Effective stakeholder management, collaborating with risk, finance, and technology teams, is crucial. Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and supporting audits are also integral parts of this role.

We are seeking candidates with strong hands-on experience in Oracle AFCS implementation and/or support, coupled with functional expertise across banking products, GL, and accounting. OFSAA domain experience and financial services industry experience are highly desirable.

Essential technical skills include strong data analysis capabilities, with SQL being preferred, and an understanding of data warehousing/ETL and regulatory reporting systems. Excellent business analysis skills are required, including BRD/FRD documentation, data mapping, gap analysis, UAT planning, and strong stakeholder communication. Prior experience in regulatory reporting implementation (RBS/Basel) is a preferred qualification.
