Analyze RBI RBS (SPARC) guidelines and Data Capture Templates, translating them into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications (FRDs).
Perform comprehensive data mapping across various banking systems and build field-level data lineage documentation.
Configure RBS tranche templates, define calculation logic (RWA, CAR, IRRBB, LCR, NSFR), and implement validation rules, supporting the end-to-end system implementation lifecycle.
Define and implement data validation rules and reconciliation frameworks, identifying and resolving data gaps and inconsistencies.
Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating regulatory calculations and data accuracy, and support parallel runs and submission testing.
Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Technology, and vendor teams, acting as a liaison between business and IT.
Ensure compliance with RBI RBS guidelines and Basel II/III frameworks, and provide support for internal audits and regulatory inspection queries.
Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
Demonstrate strong functional expertise in RBI RBS/SPARC reporting, Basel II/III frameworks (RWA, CAR, LCR, NSFR), and ALM/IRRBB/Liquidity Risk.
Possess strong data analysis skills, with SQL proficiency being preferred, and an understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and regulatory reporting systems.
Exhibit excellent business analysis skills, including BRD/FRD documentation, data mapping, gap analysis, UAT planning, and execution, coupled with robust stakeholder communication abilities.
Prior experience in regulatory reporting implementation (RBS/Basel) is highly desirable, as is experience within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
