As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and contribute to high-impact activities across the systems development lifecycle. This role involves providing expert guidance in Oracle Retail consulting, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful Oracle solutions tailored to client needs. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and creating significant value for our clients through your consulting expertise.

Manage specific sub-workstreams or modules within larger Oracle Retail projects. Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery for your assigned areas. Contribute to Oracle Retail implementation, support, and upgrade projects. Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure optimal performance. Develop innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions. Actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster team growth. Support security and compliance efforts by identifying and implementing relevant enhancements. Collaborate effectively with internal Deloitte teams and client business units to ensure project success.

This role requires 3 to 6 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Retail, encompassing requirement analysis, design, and development. A proven track record with one or two full-cycle Oracle Retail MoM applications implementation is essential. Expertise in designing, configuring, and delivering solutions for RMS (MFCS), ReIM (IMCS), ReSA (SACS), RTM, RPM (PCS), Allocations, RIB (RICS), and SIM (SIOCS) is mandatory. Strong technical skills in Apex, SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, ADF, Reports, and Unix shell scripting are required for technical roles. Exceptional functional consulting experience in Oracle implementations, coupled with strong client-facing and presentation abilities, is vital. You should possess in-depth Oracle Retail knowledge and excellent analytical skills. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define project goals, ensure deliverables meet customer specifications, and prepare solution documents is expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
