Join our team as an experienced Test Engineer specializing in automation. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through robust testing practices.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in automation testing, API validation, and database integrity checks. Your expertise will directly contribute to the performance and stability of our software solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright for web applications. Create and execute API automation test scripts with REST Assured, validating REST APIs thoroughly. Perform database testing using SQL to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Validate data flow across APIs, databases, and user interfaces. Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.

Collaborate with development and business analysis teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to improve test execution efficiency. Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and identify root causes. Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle, from planning to release validation. Contribute to evolving our test automation strategies and quality assurance processes.

Proven experience as an SDET or Automation Engineer is essential. Extensive hands-on experience with UI Automation using Java and Selenium, along with Playwright, is required. Proficiency in API Automation using RestAssured or similar tools is a must.

Strong experience with RESTful APIs and web services is needed. You should have robust experience in SQL/Oracle, including DML/DDL operations and complex queries with Joins and Stored Procedures. A solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices is expected. Experience with test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit, and proficiency with build tools (Maven) and version control systems (Git), are also necessary.
