Integrate diverse systems and implement asynchronous, event-driven processing solutions. Design and manage data models for both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring robust unit, integration, and automated testing. Conduct thorough code reviews, debug intricate issues, and optimize application performance. Deploy cloud-native components via AWS services and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring solutions meet stringent security, scalability, and reliability standards. Create essential technical documentation and collaborate effectively within an Agile, cross-functional product development team.

We are seeking a Backend Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience in backend software development. Essential qualifications include a B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc., or equivalent degree with strong academic credentials. A deep hands-on command of Node.js, Golang, JavaScript, REST APIs, web application development, and Git is mandatory. Proficiency in microservices architecture, backend design patterns, asynchronous and event-driven programming, and both SQL and NoSQL database design is crucial. Experience with secure API integrations, comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, automated), debugging, performance profiling, and troubleshooting is expected. Furthermore, hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, particularly Lambda, ECS, S3, and API Gateway, along with an understanding of CI/CD pipeline implementation, is required. Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role.
