This position involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective NetSuite configurations. You will be a key player in the implementation lifecycle, from initial discovery to post-go-live support, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the platform.

Engage in thorough requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation of specifications. Design and configure NetSuite applications leveraging industry best practices. Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test automations and integrations. Support all solution activities, including testing, verification, and cutover.

Provide training to users and deliver post-go-live support. Develop custom saved searches, reports, and dashboards. Assist in data migration and system integration tasks. Participate actively in NetSuite implementation projects, contributing to project delivery and ensuring client satisfaction.

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is essential, with a strong background in modules like R2R, O2C, and P2P. Expertise in financial and accounting principles, including COA, GL, Multi-Book, and Inter-company Accounting, is required.

Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, or Retail is advantageous. Familiarity with advanced modules and a proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver training are highly valued. A NetSuite certification (SuiteFoundation or equivalent) is strongly preferred, alongside robust analytical and communication skills.
