A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required, alongside 4-10 years of professional software development experience.

Demonstrated experience in full-stack application development using .NET (C#), .NET Web APIs, Node.js, and modern front-end technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks such as Angular or React. Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful services and working with relational databases like Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, etc., is essential.

Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into applications using Azure AI services is crucial. Familiarity with RAG patterns, vector search, agent-based patterns (Semantic Kernel, LangChain), prompt engineering, and Python for AI workflows is expected. A solid understanding of cloud development on Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, Git, and secure development practices is necessary.

Microsoft or cloud certifications are preferred. Strong consulting mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth are highly valued.
