As a Mendix Developer, your primary focus will be on creating, enhancing, and maintaining robust applications using the Mendix low-code platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass the full application lifecycle, from initial design and development to deployment and ongoing support. You will translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions, meticulously crafting domain models, microflows, business logic, and user interfaces. Building responsive, user-friendly web applications and seamlessly integrating them with REST APIs, SOAP services, enterprise applications, databases, and external systems will be key. You'll ensure optimal application performance, scalability, and security, while performing thorough unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution. Preparing comprehensive technical documentation, supporting knowledge transfer, and championing Mendix development standards are also integral parts of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification, alongside 3-6 years of overall software development experience. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Mendix application development experience is essential, complemented by a mandatory Mendix Intermediate Developer Certification. Proven success in delivering enterprise-grade software solutions, a strong understanding of the application lifecycle, and experience developing workflow-based, responsive web applications are expected. Exceptional analytical, planning, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital. A self-driven nature with strong ownership, organizational capabilities, and a creative mindset for innovative solutions is highly valued.
