This role focuses on business intelligence, data management, performance management, and cutting-edge analytics, including big data, cloud, cognitive, and machine learning technologies.

Lead the design of scalable technical solutions by analyzing user requirements. Mentor team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural principles. Provide technical delivery of software according to specifications and design guidelines. Plan and allocate tasks, fostering collaboration across project teams. Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring module compatibility and seamless integration. Actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage deployments effectively using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Identify and resolve issues during testing, continuously enhancing deliverable quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Champion Agile methodologies and promote best practices within the development team.

This role requires at least 9 years of experience in Java web-based application development, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to guiding developers technically.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Java and J2EE technologies within a cloud-based environment. Possess expert knowledge in JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, Springboot, JUnit, JSON, and REST/JSON web services. Showcase strong understanding of Java Design Patterns, Object-Oriented design, and MVC architecture. Exhibit sufficient experience with Git for managing large software projects, including branching, tagging, and merging. Gain hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services like Blob Storage, Service Bus, App Insights, App Server, ECS, S3, Lambda, and Cloudwatch. Familiarity with Azure CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments is essential. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills are crucial for managing complex projects and guiding teams effectively.
