We are seeking a skilled Services Developer with robust experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Java and have practical experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Azure. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge platform solutions.

As a Services Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs. You will build and enhance applications using Java, and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Your role will also involve working with Azure services for seamless application deployment and integration. You'll collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and adhering to coding standards and Agile methodologies.

To excel in this role, you should have strong hands-on experience with Java and a proven track record in developing and maintaining backend services and microservices. Essential skills include good working knowledge of Kubernetes, experience with Docker, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure.

You should possess a good understanding of REST APIs and service integration capabilities, coupled with strong problem-solving and debugging skills. A Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience with cloud-native application development, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, particularly within Agile environments, is highly advantageous.
