We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the Niagara Framework to design, build, and maintain innovative Building Management System (BMS) and Industrial IoT applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient smart building solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain Building Management System (BMS) and Industrial IoT applications utilizing the Niagara Framework. Integrate building automation systems and develop full-stack applications. Work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver smart building and automation solutions. Customize Niagara stations, drivers, services, and components to meet project requirements. Integrate Niagara applications with third-party and enterprise systems. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

A minimum of 3-4 years in software development and system integration, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Niagara Framework, is essential.

Proficiency in Niagara and Java component-based development is required, alongside a strong understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Familiarity with building automation protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and KNX is necessary.

Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience integrating Niagara applications with external systems, is expected.

An engineering, computer science, IT, or related Bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
