Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of robust Java-based applications and services. Write high-quality, scalable code and conduct thorough code reviews. Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable solutions, driving the modernization of legacy systems.

Partner with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline optimization and build automation. Proactively troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead production support. Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability, championing modern development practices and API design.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required, alongside a minimum of 3 years in software engineering or platform development. Proficiency in Java/J2EE, OOP, advanced design patterns, and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot) is essential.

Solid experience with RESTful API development, JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, and relational databases (SQL) is crucial. Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), Git, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and debugging/performance tuning is necessary. Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred, as is a strong understanding of scalability and distributed systems.
