As an ITDA Consultant, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality results that consistently exceed client expectations. This role involves contributing to IT controls, AI, and data analytics initiatives.

You will be expected to possess a strong understanding of IT audits and control frameworks, including specific knowledge of RBI Master Directions, ICFR, SSAE, and ISO 27001. Proficiency in ERP-based control testing, particularly within Banking or Financial Services applications, is crucial. Furthermore, a solid grasp of business process controls and their alignment with ERP systems is essential.

This position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reviews. A comprehensive understanding of IT audits and control frameworks, such as RBI Master Directions, ICFR, SSAE, and ISO 27001, is a prerequisite. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in ERP-based control testing and possess a strong understanding of business process controls and their mapping to ERP systems.

Experience in reviewing control design and operating effectiveness is necessary. Exposure to risk management, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements is highly valued. An awareness of emerging technologies and their associated risks, including Cloud, RPA, and AI/ML, is also beneficial.

We are looking for individuals with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, who can demonstrate team leadership and effective issue-resolution capabilities. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet stringent deadlines is key to success in this role. A graduation degree in any specialization, such as B.E or B.Tech, is required, with certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CRISC being an advantage.
