Join our Assurance team as a Consultant in Bengaluru, contributing to functional excellence and driving innovation. This role focuses on IT controls, AI, and data analytics within the TPA domain. You will play a key role in assessing and managing risks related to third-party vendors and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough risk assessments of third-party vendors, evaluating their ability to meet organizational requirements, and analyzing financial statements, legal compliance, cybersecurity practices, and operational processes. You will also establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of expectations. Periodic audits and assessments will be conducted to ensure ongoing compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of experience in IT audits. A B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required. A Chartered Accountant qualification or an MBA with a Finance/IT specialization is also highly valued. Proficiency in IT controls, risk assessment methodologies, and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR is essential. Hands-on experience with regulatory requirements and international standards such as SSAE, ISAE, SOX, PCI, ISO 27001, and best practices like COSO and COBIT is crucial. Excellent English, presentation, and soft skills are mandatory. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, OFIN, or JDE is preferred.
