Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Consultant specializing in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) within ServiceNow. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling innovation and long-term growth. We are looking for a results-driven ServiceNow Developer with a robust background in ITSM to ensure business continuity and adherence to organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements for ITSM processes, along with comprehensive ServiceNow implementation and development. You will configure, customize, and enhance various ITSM modules such as Virtual Agent, Event Management, Performance Analytics, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and Asset Management. This involves developing Service Catalog items, approval workflows, and automation using Flow Designer. Additionally, you'll configure UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes, and design/support REST integrations with third-party systems. Work will also focus on CMDB configuration, CI class modeling, relationships, and CMDB health. You will address defects, incidents, ACL issues, integration failures, and performance problems. Assisting with ServiceNow upgrades, update set migrations, and testing is also part of the role. Creating technical documentation, design documents, SOPs, and runbooks, and ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, governance, and ITIL standards are essential. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement is expected.

A deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks is required. Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts is essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are a must. Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams is highly valued. An undergraduate degree is required. Familiarity with SAM and HAM is beneficial.
