Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements for ITSM processes, configuring and customizing various ServiceNow modules like Virtual Agent, Event Management, Performance Analytics, Request Management, and Knowledge Management.

You will develop and maintain Service Catalog items, build automation using Flow Designer, and configure UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and ACLs. Designing and supporting REST-based integrations, managing CMDB configurations, and resolving defects and incidents are also crucial aspects of this role.

Additional duties involve assisting with ServiceNow upgrades, creating technical documentation, ensuring solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL standards, and collaborating with stakeholders for continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience. A strong understanding of ServiceNow's data model, architecture, and integration frameworks is essential.

Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts is required. You should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Experience in managing cross-functional, global delivery teams is a significant advantage.
