Join our dynamic Assurance team as a Consultant in IT Assurance & Advisory, focusing on Controls in Pune. This role is integral to strengthening the foundations of our clients' future aspirations by providing robust IT audit and control services. You will be part of an entity that exemplifies expertise and innovation in the audit and assurance landscape.

As a Consultant in the ITDA team, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes that surpass expectations. Your responsibilities include performing ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reviews, along with conducting comprehensive IT audits and assessing control frameworks like RBI Master Directions, ICFR, SSAE, and ISO 27001. You will also engage in ERP-based control testing, particularly within Banking and Financial Services applications, and review control designs and their operating effectiveness.

We are seeking ITDA professionals with 2-4 years of relevant experience in ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reviews. A strong understanding of IT audits and control frameworks is essential, along with proficiency in ERP-based control testing. Candidates should demonstrate a solid grasp of business process controls and their mapping to ERP systems, alongside experience in reviewing control design and operating effectiveness. Exposure to risk management, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements is expected. Awareness of emerging technologies like Cloud, RPA, and AI/ML is a plus. A Graduation or B.E/B.Tech degree is required; CISA, CISSP, or CRISC certifications are desirable. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, team leadership, and issue-resolution skills are critical, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
