Seeking a skilled Consultant specializing in Intune and SCCM to drive data modernization and migration initiatives in Bengaluru. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our endpoint management environment, ensuring robust security and efficient operations.

Oversee and administer Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM platforms. Deploy and manage software applications, critical updates, and security patches. Administer Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring smooth operation. Configure Intune settings, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles. Manage SCCM functionalities like collections, task sequences, and operating system deployments.

Address and resolve issues related to application installation, patching, and device management. Support Windows Autopilot deployments for streamlined device provisioning. Monitor endpoint compliance and enforce IT security policies. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Provide L2/L3 technical support for complex endpoint management challenges.

Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM. Possess a strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems. Experience in application packaging and deployment methodologies. Proficiency in patch management and endpoint security best practices. Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy. Basic scripting skills in PowerShell are advantageous. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Any Graduate degree is required for this position.
