This role focuses on delivering end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). You will be instrumental in driving MDM lifecycle implementations, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing support, managing critical data domains like Customer, Product, and Vendor.

Define and implement scalable MDM architectures, whether on-premises, cloud, or hybrid. Design integration strategies between MDM, upstream systems (ERP/CRM), and downstream consumers, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategies. Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for master data entities, establishing relationships, hierarchies, and golden record structures. Configure and optimize match and merge rules for high-quality deduplication and data consolidation, including survivorship logic.

Utilize Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to establish data profiling, validation, standardization, and cleansing rules. Develop robust data quality scorecards and monitoring frameworks, integrating IDQ into MDM workflows for real-time and batch enforcement. Leverage Big Data Management (BDM) for large-scale data processing, including ingestion, transformation, and enrichment pipelines optimized for high-volume environments. Support cloud initiatives using IDMC services for data integration, MDM, and data quality, facilitating migrations from on-premises MDM to IDMC.

Possess strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub, ORS, SIF, Match & Merge), Informatica IDMC/Cloud MDM, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica BDM, and PowerCenter/IICS. Expertise in data modeling, data architecture, match & merge strategies, and ETL/ELT processes is essential. Proficiency in SQL and database systems like Oracle or SQL Server is required. Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or Data Lake platforms, and knowledge of API-based integrations are highly beneficial.

Functional expertise in Master Data domains such as Customer, Product, and Supplier/Vendor is expected, along with a solid understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and golden record management. A minimum of 1 to 12+ years of experience in MDM/Data Management is necessary, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end MDM implementations.
