As a Consultant on our HR Transformation Team, you will cultivate strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues, consistently aiming to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities include: - Supporting HR transformation projects, focusing on process design, enhancing employee experience, and implementing HR technology solutions. - Conducting thorough research and analysis to develop insightful recommendations and client-ready deliverables. - Effectively managing assigned workstreams, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and timely completion. - Proactively tracking project progress, identifying risks, and addressing issues, escalating when necessary. - Contributing to the development of proposals, reports, presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. - Executing day-to-day project activities under the guidance of the Deloitte Human Capital leadership team.

We are seeking candidates with a strong academic background and relevant professional experience.

Ideal qualifications include: - A Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s degree in fields such as Business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, or Mathematics. - 1 to 4 years of experience in consulting, preferably with leading management consulting firms, or in relevant industry roles.

Essential skills and attributes: - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely through both writing and presentations. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and various research tools, coupled with expertise in functional requirements and structured design thinking. - Foundational understanding of HR transformation principles, HR lifecycle processes, and emerging trends in the HR landscape. - A self-driven, proactive attitude and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
