As a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer, you will translate business and compliance needs into robust solutions. This involves configuring and customizing ServiceNow GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Issue Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Audit Management.

You will design and implement workflows for risk and control assessments, issue remediation, and policy attestations using Flow Designer. Integrating ServiceNow GRC with other systems via REST APIs and configuring dashboards for executive visibility are key aspects. Additionally, you will support production issues, manage instance upgrades, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform adoption and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow GRC/IRM professional with 3-5 years of experience. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science or Risk Management is required.

Essential skills include strong expertise in Risk & Control Management, Policy & Compliance, and Issue & Exception Management. Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, REST-based integrations, and ServiceNow scripting is crucial. A deep understanding of the ServiceNow IRM data model and architecture, along with solid knowledge of risk, compliance, and governance concepts, is expected.
