Spearhead business discovery sessions and workshops to gather requirements and pinpoint AI-driven transformation opportunities. Translate business needs into precise functional and technical specifications, ensuring strategic alignment. Analyze current processes, recommending innovative solutions through Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation. Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel. Construct and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, and Weaviate. Develop AI/ML models utilizing Python and frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques to enhance model accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes. Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable AI solutions, APIs, and microservices. Manage AI solution deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Establish and maintain MLOps practices with tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions. Champion AI governance, model monitoring, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices. Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality AI and data-driven solutions. Mentor junior team members and foster capability building within the organization. Stay abreast of emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, multimodal AI, and advanced ML.

Possess strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel. Exhibit practical experience in RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate). Possess knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures, along with experience in REST APIs and microservices. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes) is essential. Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with AI Agents, Agentic AI frameworks, multimodal AI solutions, and AI governance practices. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments is also advantageous.
