This role is instrumental in shaping GBS operating models, supporting transformation initiatives, and enabling digital and analytics capabilities.

The team plays a crucial role in ensuring enterprise technology acts as a powerful engine for business growth and innovation, moving beyond routine operations.

Engage in data collection, analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions. Develop compelling business cases, design robust operating models, and create effective transition plans for GBS. Support location assessments and workforce planning to optimize operational efficiency.

Facilitate GCC transition activities, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and stabilization. Prepare high-quality client-ready materials, dashboards, and documentation. Conduct thorough market research to provide valuable insights to client teams.

Apply analytics, process mining, and automation concepts within GBS and outsourcing programs. Collaborate with digital and AI teams to integrate cutting-edge technology into delivery models.

Work closely with client managers and Deloitte team leads, performing essential project management activities. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional Deloitte teams and global stakeholders.

Contribute to RFP responses, solution development, and proposal creation. Support intellectual property creation, thought leadership initiatives, and ongoing capability building within the practice.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or transformation roles is essential. A Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college or a Chartered Accountant qualification is required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Demonstrated exposure to GBS, shared services, or outsourcing strategy, design, and transition management is crucial. Experience with large-scale, multi-functional transformation programs is highly valued.

Possess the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse functions, geographies, and internal teams. Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint, is a prerequisite.

Experience in executing technology-led transformation programs is expected. Expertise in one or more shared services functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, or IT operations/processes is a significant advantage. Exposure to vendor management strategy and operations, as well as technologies like AWS, Azure, Data Analytics, Automation, and Engineering tools, are also beneficial.
