Join our Global Business Services (GBS) team as a Consultant in Bengaluru, specializing in Finance Transformation. Spearhead the development of GBS strategies and compelling business cases, creating detailed value propositions focused on cost, productivity, talent, and scalability. Support critical location assessments, workforce planning, and feasibility analyses.

Design foundational elements of GBS Target Operating Models, including governance structures, service scopes, and sourcing strategies. Lead transition workstreams across key functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Analytics, and Digital. Ensure seamless knowledge transfer, stabilization, and ongoing service performance tracking.

Leverage analytics, process mining, and automation to enhance GBS and outsourcing programs. Collaborate with digital and AI teams to integrate advanced technologies into delivery models.

Effectively manage senior-level client stakeholders and lead Steering Committee and Governance meetings. Guide project teams of 5–15 members, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and desired outcomes. Foster collaboration with Deloitte teams across different functions and geographies.

Contribute significantly to RFPs, solutioning, and proposal development. Support the creation of intellectual property, thought leadership, and capability-building initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who have successfully completed their CA final examinations. A strong foundation in financial strategy and operational excellence is essential.

Candidates should possess a proven ability to support and co-lead GBS strategy and business case development. Experience in creating detailed value cases that encompass cost, productivity, talent, and scalability is highly valued.

Demonstrated experience in designing key components of GBS Target Operating Models, including governance, service scope, and sourcing, is required. The ability to lead transition workstreams across diverse functions like Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Analytics, and Digital is crucial.

Proficiency in applying analytics, process mining, and automation concepts within GBS and outsourcing programs is expected. Experience managing client stakeholders at the senior manager/director level and leading project teams is a significant advantage.
