Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Consultant, specializing in Fusion Technical. You will play a crucial role in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation through robust enterprise technology solutions. This position is based in Bengaluru and is with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.

We seek an individual with a strong background in integration delivery and workstream management, particularly within Oracle Fusion and related systems. Your expertise will be key in leading end-to-end project delivery and ensuring high-quality, secure integration solutions.

Lead the complete delivery cycle for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) workstreams, encompassing Oracle Fusion, EBS, and third-party systems. This includes meticulous planning of scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. You will also ensure strict adherence to delivery governance, quality benchmarks, and security protocols.

Proactively identify and manage integration risks and issues, driving swift resolution and necessary escalations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architectures using OIC, guiding the development of various integration patterns and adapter usages.

Act as the main point of contact for client integration needs, actively participating in solution design discussions, technical workshops, and architecture reviews. Provide consistent status updates to project leadership and support new engagement activities, including pursuits and estimations.

A minimum of 3 to 11 years of overall IT and integration experience is required, with a specific focus on 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Strong expertise in integrating Oracle Fusion Applications with external systems is essential.

Demonstrated experience in leading integration workstreams and managing delivery teams is crucial. A solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON formats, security best practices, and middleware concepts is necessary.

Any undergraduate degree is acceptable. The role is located in Bengaluru, India.
