Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and supporting innovation through robust technology solutions. You will be instrumental in leading Oracle Fusion Financials initiatives.

Your expertise will be vital in managing the complete project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and design through to configuration, rigorous testing, and successful deployment. We are looking for individuals who can ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Spearhead Oracle Fusion Financials workstreams, encompassing modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

Oversee end-to-end delivery activities, including detailed requirements analysis, solution design, system configuration, comprehensive testing, and seamless deployment.

Proactively track project milestones, manage dependencies, and monitor deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to project plans and quality benchmarks.

Identify potential delivery risks and issues, escalate them promptly, and drive effective resolution to maintain project momentum.

A minimum of 3 to 10 years of dedicated experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud Applications is essential.

Possess strong, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically covering GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules.

Demonstrated experience in leading Finance workstreams and effectively managing delivery teams is a key requirement.

Exhibit a solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including testing methodologies and deployment strategies.

Previous experience working within a global delivery framework or an offshore model is highly advantageous.
