Join our Enterprise Technology and Performance (ET&P) team as a Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation. We are seeking a skilled professional to lead Oracle Fusion Financials workstreams, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery. This includes managing crucial aspects from initial requirements gathering and design through to configuration, testing, and final deployment.

Take the lead on Oracle Fusion Financials initiatives, covering modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from defining requirements and architecting solutions to configuring the system, executing comprehensive testing, and managing the deployment process.

Proactively monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and maintain high-quality standards throughout the engagement.

Identify potential delivery risks and address any emerging issues promptly. Escalate critical concerns when necessary and drive effective resolution strategies.

Provide support for release planning, coordinate cutover activities, and ensure a smooth post-go-live stabilization period.

A minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud Applications is essential for this role.

Demonstrate strong, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, with a deep understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules.

Possess proven experience in leading finance-focused workstreams and effectively managing delivery teams to achieve project objectives.

Exhibit a solid grasp of the finance delivery lifecycle, including robust testing methodologies and deployment procedures.

Familiarity with working within a global delivery framework or an offshore engagement model is highly beneficial.
