Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including supporting Oracle Fusion AP, AR, and CM functionalities. This involves assisting with supplier invoices, payment processing, bank statement reconciliation, customer transactions, and collections. You will also perform critical AP-to-GL and AR-to-GL reconciliations, investigate accounting discrepancies, and support period-close activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams like Procurement, Expenses, and GL is essential for integrated finance processes.

Further duties include supporting offshore functional delivery for global projects, engaging with onshore leads and client stakeholders, and managing assigned deliverables within timelines. You will participate in functional discussions, walkthroughs, and issue resolution sessions, providing regular progress updates. Additionally, you'll be involved in gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and assisting with system configuration and validation for AP, CM, and AR modules.

We are seeking candidates with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials functional consulting, specifically with Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and/or Accounts Receivable. A solid understanding of AP, AR, Cash Management processes, as well as P2P, O2C, and financial reconciliation processes, is mandatory. Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support, coupled with working knowledge of GL integration and accounting impacts, is essential.

Key qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with good written and verbal communication skills. Experience across all three core areas (AP, CM, AR) is highly valued. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion GL, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects, along with experience in bank reconciliation, payment processes, and Subledger Accounting, will strengthen your application. Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher, as well as OIC and Oracle Cloud integrations, is also beneficial. Experience with EBS-to-Fusion migration and a background with Big 4 or Global System Integrators are considered advantageous.
