Join our Technology & Transformation practice as a Consultant and Full Stack Developer. This role is a hands-on, execution-focused opportunity for an experienced professional to play a critical role in building enterprise-grade data platforms. You will be instrumental in delivering reliable, scalable end-to-end data pipelines that ingest, process, and hydrate data into the enterprise Data Lake. This enables crucial analytics, reporting, and downstream applications. Collaborate closely with analysts, product partners, and platform teams to translate business needs into robust data solutions, applying strong engineering and DevOps practices for quality, reliability, and maintainability. Deep technical capability, strong ownership of delivery, and comfort operating in complex, cloud-based data environments are essential.

Construct and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines, integrating various sources like flat files, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms. Develop ETL/ELT workflows to ensure efficient and reliable data movement into the Data Lake. Implement data processing and hydration across Data Lake layers, prioritizing data quality and consistency. Leverage cloud services extensively for file ingestion, storage, access controls, and data lifecycle management. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot data pipelines using enterprise workload orchestration and scheduling tools. Develop reusable data views, interfaces, and APIs to facilitate efficient data consumption. Apply DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and environment management. Participate actively in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and ensure solutions are production-ready.

This role demands a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL and relational database development, alongside proven experience in developing and optimizing data solutions on Snowflake. Candidates should possess 5+ years of programming experience in Python and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT design patterns. Essential experience includes working with data integration and orchestration tools, operating within a DevOps-driven environment with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control. Familiarity with SDLC processes and delivering solutions using agile methodologies is also required. Mandatory skills include hands-on SnapLogic ETL/ELT development, Python, AWS, API Development & Integration, SQL, Snowflake, DevOps, Data Warehousing, and Database Procedures/Development.
