A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. We are seeking candidates with 6-9 years of experience as a Backend Developer. Proficiency in Java and React is essential for this full-stack role. A strong understanding of backend development principles, web application architecture, and database management is crucial. Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices is expected. Familiarity with code optimization techniques, debugging tools, and secure coding practices is necessary.
