As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing both frontend and backend systems. You'll contribute to the development of innovative AI-powered features and seamless integrations.

Key responsibilities include: developing end-to-end features using React.js/Next.js and Java Spring Boot or Python/FastAPI; supporting AI features like RAG-based Q&A and agentic AI workflows; contributing to scalable frontend architecture and state management; writing unit and integration tests; and supporting data and infrastructure components like databases and messaging systems.

You will also collaborate closely with senior engineers, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable product features. Continuous learning through code reviews and mentorship is a key aspect of this role.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. While not strictly required, prior experience in full-stack or AI-powered product feature development within an agile environment is highly preferred.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in software development, with practical knowledge of React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript/JavaScript. Backend familiarity with Java Spring Boot and/or Python (FastAPI) is essential. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including RAG and vector databases, is a plus.

Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and Docker, along with basic cloud platform knowledge (AWS/Azure), is beneficial. A solid understanding of testing practices (Vitest, JUnit) and accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA) will contribute to success in this role.
