This position is based in Bengaluru and is integral to our Finance Transformation practice. You will contribute to a wide range of service offerings that redefine how businesses manage their financial operations.

Engage in maturity assessments and process-led ERP transformations for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report cycles.

Design service delivery models and advise on business process outsourcing, integrating digital technologies like AI and robotics into finance functions.

Develop and implement Enterprise Performance Management solutions, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting dashboards.

Provide advisory services for project and program management, including Agile transformation and Enterprise PMO setup.

Support clients in their Global Business Services journey, optimizing operating models and implementing process transformations.

Assist with Treasury management, including policy transformation, system implementation, and supply chain finance solutions.

Manage and transform day-to-day finance operations, leveraging automation and innovation to drive efficiency and value.

Proven experience in finance strategy and operations, with a strong understanding of finance transformation principles.

Familiarity with ERP systems and processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.

Experience in implementing or advising on digital technologies, including AI, robotics, and process mining.

Knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Capability to provide advisory services in project management and Agile methodologies.

Understanding of Global Business Services (GBS) operating models and transformation.

Expertise in treasury management, cash flow optimization, and supply chain finance.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing role.
