Join our dynamic team as a Consultant in Strategy & Operations, focusing on Finance Transformation in Bengaluru. This role is integral to enhancing our clients' finance functions through strategic initiatives and operational excellence. We are seeking individuals passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions within the finance domain.

Engage with clients to assess and transform finance organizations, encompassing vision, strategy, talent, processes, and technology. Key offerings include maturity assessments, ERP transformations (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.), and advising on digital changes using AI and robotics.

Deliver solutions in Enterprise Performance Management, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial consolidation. Provide advisory services for Project Management, focusing on portfolio, program, and project execution, agile transformation, and PMO setup.

Support Global Business Services (GBS) journeys, from design to implementation and optimization. Offer expertise in Treasury management, covering policy, operating models, system implementations, and supply chain finance. Manage day-to-day finance operations, driving automation and innovation.

This role requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of modern finance functions. Candidates should possess expertise in areas such as ERP systems, digital transformation technologies including AI and robotics, and performance management frameworks.

Experience in project management, agile methodologies, and establishing effective PMOs is crucial. A strong background in GBS, treasury, and operational finance is highly valued. The ability to advise clients on complex financial transformations and drive tangible business outcomes is essential.
