Join our dynamic team as a Trade Capture and Pricing Operations Specialist, a crucial role bridging Front Office and Back Office operations. This position ensures the precision and integrity of financial transactions by meticulously capturing trades and validating pricing models, thereby minimizing operational and market risks.

This role is central to maintaining the accuracy of our financial operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all trade activities are recorded correctly and that pricing mechanisms are robust and reliable.

Key responsibilities include performing timely and accurate trade entry across various asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX) into core booking systems. You will verify trade details against source documents, reconcile discrepancies, and manage the entire trade lifecycle, including corporate actions and settlements.

Furthermore, you will validate daily mark-to-market valuations against independent data sources and assist in monitoring pricing model performance. Ensuring the accuracy of market data inputs and preparing valuation reports are also integral parts of this role. You will also contribute to risk mitigation through strict internal controls and support audits by providing necessary documentation.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field, coupled with 3 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Investment Operations within banking or asset management.

Proficiency in trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Murex, or Calypso, and core banking systems is essential. Strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas, are required. While not mandatory, a strong command of Python, SQL, or VBA for automation and data manipulation, along with a deep understanding of financial instruments and their pricing, is highly desirable.
