This role is within the National Forensics Investigations & Compliance team, dedicated to protecting and restoring organizational reputation. We help clients navigate complex investigations, resolve disputes, and manage regulatory challenges by embedding integrity into their compliance programs and safeguarding their financial and brand reputations.

Drive the full lifecycle management of Employee Background Verification (BGV) processes within a forensics investigations and compliance framework. Monitor and manage service delivery metrics, including SLA and TAT, to ensure optimal process performance. Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting for accurate data analysis and presentation. Analyze operational trends, identify root causes of issues, and recommend corrective actions to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Engage in client governance, manage escalations effectively, and lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all reporting.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Background Verification (BGV) is essential. Candidates must possess at least 3 years of direct client-facing experience, independently managing client relationships, conducting governance calls, service reviews, and handling escalations. Experience working with multiple enterprise clients is highly preferred.
