You will leverage your understanding of Employee Background Verification (BGV) processes, managing the full lifecycle within a forensics, investigations, and compliance context. This includes strong command over service delivery metrics like SLA and TAT, monitoring process performance, and utilizing MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting for data analysis. Responsibilities also encompass analyzing trends, identifying root causes, recommending corrective actions, and managing client governance, escalations, and process improvements for accurate and timely delivery.

To excel in this role, you need a minimum of 5 years of BGV experience, with at least 3 years of direct, independent client-facing experience. This includes managing client relationships, governance calls, service reviews, and escalations. Experience handling multiple enterprise clients is preferred. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful solutions, and possessing agility, curiosity, and creativity are essential. Candidates should have a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree.
