EY seeks a Consultant to join our Financial Investigations and Dispute Services (FIDS) team. This role involves leading and executing client engagements focused on financial fraud investigations, including asset tracing and money laundering.

Execute client engagements, ensuring exceptional quality delivery aligned with engagement letters.

Adhere to the firm's risk management strategies, plans, and activities.

Analyze business and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for client process enhancement.

Apply a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and research for effective service delivery.

Review working papers and client files, suggesting improvements for engagement productivity and client service.

Manage engagement budgets and support senior staff in marketing collateral development, proposals, and new solution methodologies.

Foster strong internal teamwork and knowledge-sharing efforts for continuous process improvement.

Candidates must possess a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Masters in Business Administration, Certified Fraud Examiner, or LLB qualification.

Requires 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, Process Diagnostics Reviews, or related fields.

Preferred experience includes working with Big 4 or Tier 2 firms, or large Corporate Internal Audit teams.

Essential attributes include strong interpersonal skills, excellent report writing abilities, and a keen understanding of client business.
