Design new fraud detection scenarios and monitoring rules based on evolving fraud patterns and threat landscapes. Evaluate fraud management processes and controls to identify gaps and recommend enhancements. Identify opportunities for automation in fraud operations and investigation workflows. Develop insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI for stakeholder communication. Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis. Perform root cause analysis of fraud incidents and propose preventive and corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

A certification in Data Analytics is desirable. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analysis. Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
