This role involves providing robust expertise in corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 for both Indian and international entities. Key duties include hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and filing statutory submissions with the MCA, ROC, and other regulatory bodies. You will also be responsible for drafting essential governance documents like agendas, minutes, and resolutions for board and shareholder meetings, alongside maintaining accurate statutory registers and compliance trackers. A working knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations is essential, requiring meticulous attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Compliance Professional. We seek individuals adept at collaborative work, capable of delivering services across various client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is highly valued.
