You will manage contracts, administer claims, handle variations and prolongation claims, and oversee cost management. A strong background in project management for quantum, delay analysis, disruption analysis, and delay disputes is essential. You'll be involved in drafting documents, navigating arbitration processes, and utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Experience providing expert witness assistance in arbitration proceedings is highly preferred, alongside robust planning and dispute resolution knowledge.
