This role is part of our National teams, offering diverse industry experience. The opportunity is based in Mumbai.

Conduct comprehensive fraud investigations by analyzing customer and merchant transaction data to identify suspicious activities, fraud patterns, and emerging trends.

Utilize data analytics techniques to detect anomalies, high-risk activities, and fraud typologies.

Optimize transaction monitoring rules to enhance effectiveness, minimize false positives, and improve fraud detection accuracy.

Develop and recommend new fraud detection scenarios and monitoring rules based on evolving fraud landscapes.

Evaluate fraud management processes, systems, and controls to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement.

Identify opportunities for automation in fraud operations and investigation workflows.

Create insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI for stakeholder communication.

Leverage SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis.

Perform root cause analysis of fraud incidents and propose corrective actions.

Prepare detailed investigation reports and executive-level presentations.

A Certification in Data Analytics is required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analysis is essential.
