As a Consultant in National Forensics - Investigations & Compliance, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding and restoring organizational reputation. You will assist companies and legal counsel in navigating complex investigations, disputes, and regulatory challenges, ensuring integrity at the heart of compliance programs and mitigating ethical and reputational risks.

You will demonstrate strong expertise in corporate secretarial duties and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 for both Indian and international entities. This includes hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and filing statutory documents with authorities like MCA and ROC.

Your role will involve proficiently drafting essential governance documents for Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings, such as agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions. Maintaining accurate statutory registers, records, and compliance trackers across various client engagements is key. A working knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and sound professional judgment, is essential for effective compliance execution.
