EY is seeking a dedicated Consultant to join our Forensics, Investigations, and Dispute Services (FIDS) team. This role involves leading and executing client engagements focused on critical areas like financial fraud investigations, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. You will play a key part in identifying financial misconduct, assessing risks, and providing expert support for complex financial disputes. Strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication, and a keen understanding of client business environments are essential for success in this impactful position.

Drive high-quality client engagement delivery in line with engagement agreements. Uphold the firm's risk management strategies and best practices. Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for client process enhancement and formulate strategic recommendations.

Apply a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and research for effective service delivery. Conduct thorough reviews of working papers and client documentation, proactively suggesting improvements for engagement efficiency and client satisfaction. Manage project budgets and contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal creation and new methodology development.

Foster effective collaboration within internal teams and actively contribute to knowledge sharing. Continuously refine processes to capture and leverage team knowledge, enhancing overall productivity and expertise.

Possess a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Masters in Business Administration, Certified Fraud Examiner, or an LLB degree.

Require 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in forensic investigations, risk advisory, internal audits, process diagnostics, or related fields. Experience with Big 4 firms, Tier 2 firms, or large corporate internal audit teams is advantageous.

Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, facilitation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Adaptability, creativity, and a willingness to travel to meet client needs are also key attributes.
