The National Forensics team, within Investigations & Compliance, safeguards and restores enterprise and financial reputations. We assist clients and their legal counsel in investigations, dispute resolution, and managing regulatory challenges. By embedding integrity into compliance programs, we mitigate ethical and reputational risks. Our integrated approach enhances governance, controls, culture, and data insights, helping organizations protect their financial and brand reputations and build trust in capital markets worldwide.

As a Consultant in our Legal Managed Services, Forensics & Integrity team, you will cultivate strong client relationships. You will conduct regulatory research to identify compliance obligations across various industries and jurisdictions.

Key tasks include developing manuals detailing client compliance requirements, tracking regulatory changes, and assessing compliance risks. You will support the drafting of compliance frameworks, processes, and SOPs, demonstrating a solid understanding of client businesses and industry-standard compliance structures. Your role contributes to the practice's growth and development through strong regulatory research, presentation, communication, and drafting skills, alongside client-centricity and teamwork.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree and at least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance. You will need the ability to collaborate effectively, providing services across multiple client departments while adhering to legal and commercial requirements.
