Join EY as a Consultant in our Forensics, Investigations, and Dispute Services (FIDS) team. This role involves leading and executing client engagements focused on financial fraud investigations, anti-bribery and corruption compliance, and dispute resolution. You will play a key role in identifying risks, developing recommendations, and delivering insightful solutions to complex client challenges.

This position requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a keen understanding of business and industry trends. You'll be instrumental in ensuring quality delivery and adherence to risk management strategies while contributing to the growth of our advisory services.

Leverage your expertise to conduct thorough financial investigations, assess fraud risks, and support clients through complex financial disputes. Your work will directly impact client outcomes and enhance their compliance efforts, contributing to a better working world.

Execute and lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with engagement letters and firm standards.

Adhere strictly to risk management strategies, plans, and activities of the firm.

Analyze business and industry issues to identify areas for improvement in client processes and develop actionable recommendations.

Apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving and conduct research to deliver effective solutions.

Review working papers and client folders, proposing improvements for engagement productivity and client service.

Manage engagement budgets and support senior leadership in developing marketing collateral, business proposals, and new solution methodologies.

Hold a qualification such as Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, MBA, Certified Fraud Examiner, or LLB.

Possess 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, Process Diagnostics Reviews, or related fields.

Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, facilitation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Exhibit an aggressive work ethic, people-friendly demeanor, and a strong sense of teamwork.
