EY's Forensic & Integrity Services team protects and restores enterprise and financial reputations by investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges. We embed integrity into compliance programs to mitigate ethical and reputational risks.

Our approach spans from enhancing areas of weakness in governance, controls, culture, and data insights to full organizational design and implementation. We aim to help companies safeguard and rebuild their financial and brand reputations, fostering trust in capital markets globally.

The role involves supporting the design and implementation of enterprise-wide privacy programs aligned with global regulations and leading practices. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of privacy policies, SOPs, and operating models, conducting privacy maturity and gap assessments, and operationalizing privacy controls across business units.

Additional duties include managing data mapping, TIA, DPIA, RoPA, privacy notices, and retention schedules. You will also support DSR, consent, and breach management, and embed privacy-by-design principles with business and technology teams. Vendor privacy reviews and support for other regulatory compliance engagements are also part of the role.

We are seeking a professional with 3-5 years of proven privacy experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of global regulations and practical implementation. The ideal candidate is adept at working with business, legal, technology, and risk teams, comfortable with client-facing engagements, and skilled in preparing high-quality deliverables.

Required qualifications include a BA LLB from a recognized university and 3-5 years of experience in Data Privacy and Protection. Candidates should possess strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.
