Join EY as a Consultant in our Forensic Investigations and Dispute Services (FIDS) team. This role focuses on executing and leading client engagements related to financial fraud investigations, compliance reviews (FCPA, UKBA), fraud risk assessments, and dispute resolution support. You will leverage your analytical skills to address complex financial issues and provide insightful recommendations. A strong understanding of client businesses and excellent interpersonal and report-writing abilities are crucial for success in this dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality delivery of client engagements according to engagement letters and firm risk management strategies. You will analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for process improvement within client organizations. Demonstrating a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, you will review working papers, suggest productivity enhancements, and manage engagement budgets. Additionally, you will support superiors in developing marketing materials, business proposals, and new methodologies. Contributing to effective teamwork and knowledge sharing is also an integral part of this role.

To excel in this role, you need 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, or Process Diagnostics. Essential qualifications include a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, MBA, Certified Fraud Examiner, or LLB. Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are highly valued. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, creative, and willing to travel to meet client needs. Experience with Big 4 or Tier 2 firms, or large corporate internal audit teams, is preferred.
