Execute client engagements with a focus on quality delivery and adherence to engagement letters. Ensure compliance with the firm's risk management strategies and activities. Analyze client business processes to identify areas for improvement and formulate recommendations. Apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving and research. Review working papers and client folders, suggesting productivity enhancements and client service improvements. Manage engagement budgets and support business development activities, including marketing collateral and proposal creation.

To excel in this role, you must possess a relevant professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Masters in Business Administration, Certified Fraud Examiner, or LLB. We require 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, or Process Diagnostics Reviews. Experience within a Big 4 or Tier 2 firm, or a large corporate internal audit team, is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are crucial. A flexible, adaptable, and creative mindset, along with a willingness to travel, is also necessary.
