Join EY as a Consultant within our Financial Investigations and Disputes Services (FIDS) team. This role focuses on executing and leading client engagements related to financial fraud investigations, compliance reviews, and dispute resolution support. You'll tackle complex financial issues, including asset tracing, money laundering, ethical violations, and regulatory matters. A strong understanding of client businesses, coupled with excellent interpersonal and report-writing abilities, is crucial for success in this dynamic role.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality delivery aligned with engagement letters. Ensure adherence to the firm's risk management strategies and processes. Identify business and industry trends to pinpoint areas for client process improvement and develop actionable recommendations. Apply an analytical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and research. Review working papers and client files, suggesting enhancements for engagement productivity and client service. Manage engagement budgets and support senior team members in developing marketing collateral, business proposals, and new solution methodologies.

To excel in this position, you should possess 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, or Process Diagnostics Reviews. A professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, MBA, Certified Fraud Examiner, or LLB is required. Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are essential. Experience with Big 4 or Tier 2 firms, or within large corporate internal audit teams, is a plus. Candidates must be adaptable, creative, and willing to travel to meet client needs.
